Homeschool Happenings offered on Wednesdays in September Homeschool Happenings is a nature-based program that focuses on habitat study combined with social-emotional learning and team building. Students will explore nature and learn about habitats (including their own) while also discovering skills for collaboration, self-love, and personal advocacy. Starting on Wednesdays this September it will be offered for children entering grades K-2 and children entering grades 3-8. Monthly sessions are offered throughout the year. Adult Yoga in the Great Outdoors- August 30th, September 13th, 20th, & 27th; 6:00-7:15 p.m. Join us at Rock Hollow Woods for a 75-minute gentle flow yoga class in the great outdoors. Participants will begin by grounding themselves to Mother Earth. Then they will honor the summer sunlight by flowing through sun salutations. They will move through sequences to open their hearts, move their energy, and dig deeper into specific areas of the body. The practice will close with savasana where participants will use nature to connect with Spirit. Space is limited so CLICK HERE TO SIGN UP TODAY! Toddler Time on the Trail Join us during Toddler Time on the Trail as we explore, discover, and grow together at Rock Hollow Woods. Our Monday session is full for September but we're looking to add multiple sessions for the month of October! Spots fill up quickly so keep your eyes open for the registration period and sign up fast. Nature Pre-K Program Openings! There are still 2 spaces open for our Nature Pre-K Program for the Fall of 2021, sign up today! Our Nature Pre-K Program is appropriate for children ages 4 to 5 (Pre-K.) It will be held on Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 9:30 - 11:30, running from September 7th, 2021 through May 19th, 2022. In August we enjoyed a variety of educational programs. 3 different summer camps, a Creek Exploration field trip, Yoga in the Great Outdoors, and a Community Healing Circle.
