Dear Friends and Family,

Hummingbirds have been one of my favorite subjects to paint.  I paint them in memory of my father.  Over the years, collectors and friends have shared an incident or a special connection to hummingbirds with me.  I regret that I didn't record them all.  Do you have a special story you can share?  If so, I would love to hear from you....  [email protected].  To see more paintings, please visit my link to:

"Where Did You Go?", 36 x 36

"Velvet Blooms" is a new series I am experimenting with using paper, wax, R & F Pigment sticks, and other materials.

"Where Did You Go"? was painted with my twin teenage boys in mind.  They are pushing away from me and my husband as they strive to be independent.  Their youthful innocent is gone and I miss it.

Thank you for taking time to look at this art inspired e-mail. My family, friends and collectors have enriched my life.
