Adult Yoga in the Great Outdoors- August 2, 9, 16, & 23; 6:00-7:15 p.m.

Join us at Rock Hollow Woods for a 75-minute gentle flow yoga class in the great outdoors. Participants will begin by grounding themselves to Mother Earth. Then they will honor the summer sunlight by flowing through sun salutations. They will move through sequences to open their hearts, move their energy, and dig deeper into specific areas of the body. The practice will close with savasana where participants will use nature to connect with Spirit. Space is limited so CLICK HERE TO SIGN UP TODAY!

The Big Build; August 16th - 21st

We're excited to announce that we'll have another Big Build project this summer at Rock Hollow Woods! We're teaming up with VOICE Up Berks and the Youth Volunteer Corps of Reading again to create more outdoor learning stations around the property that will protect the wetlands and give children a chance to explore and learn.

If you have a teenager interested in a fun outdoor service project then check out this link. Sign up for one day or multiple days - teamwork makes the dream work!
