Dreamers!

We get it. This time of year is OUT of control - and we BOTH have December babies smack in the middle of all of it! Birthdays, Hanukkah, holiday prep, wrapping up the year...oh MY. But there's no rest for the weary. We are already gearing up for our first ever dreamWORK: winter break bootcamp session on 1/5/24 (flyer below) for college students and parents!

But first, a recap:

  • In case you missed it: We are thrilled to report we had an epic dreamGIVE season, punctuated by our 7th Annual Holiday Boutique (over $50K in sales and over $14K for our cause (the highest ever)! Click the pic above to see the full recap reel thanks to The Gold Maze! (And check out our new exclusive candle in partnership with Two River Candle Company for sale on our website!) We started the fall with Streaking 2023, raising $6K for Breast Intentions and Susan G. Komen (thanks to our dreamBASSADOR team)…moved right into dreamKIDZ, shining a light on our youngest entrepreneurs and donating hundreds to an OG dreamer, Draw for Paws…and culminated with raising our voices against hate and spending our time helping small businesses shine at our the Rumson Jewish Center holiday boutique, raising funds for the students and for ADL antisemitism efforts across NJ.  Phew .

Multiple, a leading autism-focused accelerator and global innovation hub, is hiring a Community and Programs Manager. With Multiple being a startup nonprofit organization, this position will be the point person for programmatic and community activities. This role will require a detail oriented, self-motivated candidate with the ability to multi-task and pivot quickly and will work closely with the Founder/CEO and Board. **OFFICE MANAGER - TEMP POSITION for SALT DESIGN COMPANY**

Office Management:

  • Maintain office services by organizing office operations
  • Maintaining filing systems and overall office appearances / organization
  • Point person for maintenance, shipping, mailing, supplies, equipment, bills & errands
  • Ensure properly functioning workspace & equipment • Provide general support to visitors
  • Manage conference room calendar / staff appointments
  • Point person for vendor representatives & scheduling such meetings
  • Miscellaneous administrative and secretarial responsibilities for staff
  • Answer phones and direct calls to appropriate parties
  • Cover reception desk
  • Assist with deliveries and installs

Operations:

  • Order management for design projects & retail store
  • Assist in the handling of client claims

Scheduling:

  • Approximately 20 hours per week
  • Flexible hours to be discussed
  • Office hours are Monday through Friday: 9am – 5:30pm

Term: roughly Jan 2 - April 30, 2024

Compensation: Hourly rate based on qualifications and experience

**PROGRAM-AND-SPECIAL-EVENT-COORDINATOR - CITY OF LONG BRANCH**

Position is responsible for curating and producing all art exhibits at the Arts and Cultural Center.  The coordinator will be the artistic director and will focus on bringing innovative programming pertaining to the arts, education, and performance to the arts center. Position will also supervise and manage all activities at the center. Under direction, coordinates, promotes, and supervises special event programs designed specifically for community, agency, or facility participation; promotes public relations within the community, agency or facility; will also manage the operation of the building used to hold these events, formulating plans for effective utilization of available funds, personnel, equipment, materials, and supplies; does other related duties as required. Candidate must have strong communication skills and experience in the arts. Position requires creating, implementing, and executing programs and events for the community. Social Media knowledge preferred. The coordinator will also assist in future projects including a museum and other art galleries in the City. https://www.longbranch.org/Jobs
