Letter from Jessica I hope this note finds you healthy, happy, and joyous. That's a rather BIG hope for 2020, Wisdom Seekers. A really big hope. I have been blessed this year to spend very special quality time with my horse, Kismet, and, after seven years together, I finally feel like I have earned the privilege to be her mom and human companion. Together we are operating on another level and wavelength. In doing so, we have been called to greater esoteric work and, I believe you, my viewers and readers, will experience the benefit of these changes in 2021. Read on to learn more. When you receive this newsletter there will be just 18 days of Autumn left to release what you no longer want to carry into Winter. It is a wonderful time to inquire into what is hanging on and needs release, then taking the next steps to clear and process it. Bathing helps to wash off the debris when we consciously participate with the energy of the water running over our bodies. Burning herbs or incense is also quite beneficial and, depending on which you choose to smudge/smoke with, you can bring in a wide range of supportive energies to clear away the tired and stagnant. Gemstones such as smoky quartz and black tourmaline can serve as a psychic vacuum cleaner and absorb negativity respectively. Fill in the cleared spaces by listening to 528 hz or holding a rose quartz to bring in the frequency of love. Meditating with a piece of dolomite is a lovely way to bring moderation, something we could all use a little more of in times of extreme fluctuations as we've had in 2020 and will continue to have through 2021. Winter is the inception phase of the year. The period when we enter the darkness and depth of the womb of our own creation. The holiday season statistically marks one of the more challenging periods of the year, mostly due to loneliness, unmet expectations, and the darkness that comes in the Northern hemisphere setting off symptoms of Seasonal Affective Disorder . If you find yourself in a place where you need some assistance or support there are many national hotlines available to get you through moments of despair. Do hold onto these hotlines through at least the first part of 2021. Energetically it is a five year (2+0+2+1=5) indicative of disruption. With Aquarius entering Jupiter and Saturn on December 21, 2020, social justice and community reform will be highlighted at every level of leadership -- from the local activist to our political leaders. Each side will be blinded by their own positions and right fighting, which will lead to neither side willing to compromise. This will serve to increase tension across the masses and potential clashes and unrest. Just in time for the highly contentious US Presidential Inauguration on January 20, 2021. It is good to stay home and process these energies through creative and self expressive means rather than being on the street pushing against the alter opinion when mob mentality can be especially extreme. Hold on Wild Ones, we are in for a bit of a bumpy ride and trust, this is the change we have been waiting for and are ushering in. The more we can raise our personal vibration the better we will be able to counteract the density of darkness that is trying to hold on for dear life. Worry, anxiety, stress, and the like will serve to lower your vibration. So, while I am not a Pollyanna type person, I am encouraging you to name the emotion you are experiencing and do what you need to do to handle it -- sooner, rather than later. When we name it, we claim it, and can do something with or about it. Seek medical and professional counsel as needed, and watch out for snake oil salesmen. False prophets are destined to be revealed from mid-April onward in 2021 and the fall from grace will trickle down to their followers. This could cause a feeling or experience of "bottoming out." Again, keep those national hotline numbers handy, and reach out to supportive friends and family when needed. Isolation breeds disillusionment and despair. In addition to the Rainbow symbol, we also see a Sun, Parrot, and four more circles -- what I perceive as planets. Could this be indicative of the planets in and influenced by Aquarius? We are entering the Age of Aquarius on December 21, 2020 as mentioned in my Letter above. We also have the number 41 on this card, or the number 5 (4+1=5), in a 5 year. Five is the energy of disruption, chaos, and rebellion. It is also the number of humanity with five appendages, if we include the head, five fingers, and five toes. Therefore, I see The Rainbow showing up so frequently to further assist us in crossing into the Aquarian Age. Animal lovers will know this as the "Rainbow Bridge," a mythical overpass said to connect heaven and Earth . Parrot as a spirit animal brings with it raucous energy and boldly proclaims its presence with an open and radiant throat chakra. It symbolizes the natural beauty we posses. The Rainbow also represents the seven chakras. I sense we will have a great need collectively to balance our energy centers consciously and daily throughout 2021. I implore you to create a practice and commit to it.
