Yo 🇺🇸 and Salut 🇫🇷

This week, I have been thinking about "getting things done", multitasking, mindfulness, flow and deep work states. Basically the idea that knowledge workers need to preserve their brain because constant interruptions have a direct impact to their creativity and productivity and in the end their ability to enjoy their work.

So I came to this very interesting podcast from Shankar Vedentam on Hidden Brain about Deep Work and the author Cam Newport.

I suggest you have a listen, very interesting in an age of open floors and constant distraction.

Here's the question for the week: would adding structure and discipline to your time be the key to inspiration, quality work and fulfillment? Do we need to recalibrate our means of communication to enable us to have more quality deep thinking sessions during the day? If you have comments, please chime in on twitter @philippemora.

Have a good week + later!
