We've been working hard to enhance Morning Gathering offerings with our Holiday Tab. In September "respect" is our major theme, and nationally we spotlight respect for labor, for any job well done, no matter how humble or unattractive. Professional Development with Cherokee Charter Academy (CCA) | |
We welcome South Carolina's Cherokee Charter Academy to the roster of Core Virtues Schools this year. On August 8, the Core Virtues Foundation had the opportunity to do remote professional development with Director Tessa Waldrep and the school's twenty-seven teachers. We enjoyed ourselves immensely, and CCA is up and running as of August 17 with 482 enthusiastic Kindergarten to Fifth Graders. Go Patriots!

Sponsored by the SAG-AFTRA Foundation (Screen Actors Guild), this free service is available on Youtube or Schooltube. It offers many of the books we recommend expertly read by professional actors with the original artwork sometimes animated. Their clips can be projected in a classroom or read on an ipad with or without the text on the pages.
