Team Changes

Happy New Year everyone. I have an announcement to make regarding changes to our team. Tracey Diani has accepted a position with the State of Oregon in the Self-Sufficiency program, so her last official day with us will be this Friday the 21st, though her last working day is today.

Tracey has been an amazingly positive presence over the past two years on our team. Her passion and compassion for our EQC students, the clients we serve, and the adult foster home community, at large, has been a huge benefit. Additionally, she has supported and encouraged our EQC students over the past two years and has also coached many clients on the challenging process of screening. Most importantly, she has always upheld high ethical standards in her work.

We’ll miss Tracey but we’re excited for her and this next step in her career path. We wish her all the best!

Please see below for Tracey’s message.

Tracey’s Tips

Greetings community members, business owners, caregivers, and friends. I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to take a moment to say thank you to all of you who have been reading my tips in the Oregon Care Home Consulting & Training Newsletter over the past two years. I have a bittersweet announcement.

This will be my last Tracey's Tips because I have been offered an amazing career opportunity to rejoin State service this month.

I really want to emphasize how incredibly honored I am to have had the opportunity to work side-by-side with, Alyssa, Matt, and Isaac at Oregon Care Home Consulting & Training, over the past two years.

Co-instructing Ensuring Quality Care and providing virtual, face-to-face coaching for screening and admission has been so fulfilling and rewarding. It truly has been an honor to work with our outstanding community by providing relevant education, empowerment, and support.

A sincere thank you to each of you as you all touch the lives of the individuals you provide long-term care to. You are all truly heroes and please know that you are so greatly appreciated.

For my final Tracey's Tip, I will leave you with this: Working in various capacities with adult care homes for the past decade, I have discovered how taking charge and owning the process will empower you to achieve success.

I wish each of you the very best always, and again thank you for allowing me to be part of your journey!

Sincerely,

Tracey
