As I continued on my journey, my little friends shared more of their priceless treasures with me. They showed me that simply being kind to yourself and others is the greatest treasure anyone can share while on this earth.
I discovered that self-love and kindness is what made the Firefly glow so beautifully.
Also it was kindness and gentleness that warmed the heart of each of the inhabitants of our magical little forest during the cold winter.
"I learn that just by our presence we can brighten someone's life, and that kindness cannot exist in this world without our being it. That is how important we are!" said the tree.

I met Ladybug on a beautiful day as she was tending to her beautiful garden. She had quite a green thumb. Her little plants were quite responsive to her loving heart.
Throughout the seasons she encouraged her little plants and taught them to be patient and kind with themselves.

I remember how kindly Ladybug reminded that little seed, who was filled with self doubt: "try not comparing yourself to others, " said Ladybug, "we are all unique and our uniqueness is the greatest gift we can bring into this the world."
She added:

Ladybug, often, reminded me, when my mind was playing tricks on me, to be gentle with myself too. That us humans are just like plants and a little encouragement is what helps us grow too. Ladybug's wise little words became part of my inner voice. Ladybug's wisdom and advices, as much as all my other little Yogi Petz friends, are the priceless treasures that I keep in my heart to cultivate my inner peace. | |
