The Art in Public Places (APP)Committee is looking for two new members.

If you or someone you know is passionate about the public art scene in Jacksonville and want to be more involved, we are currently looking to fill two spots for members who live in the following locations:

CPAC District 1: Urban Core

Downtown, Springfield, Brooklyn, Eastside, LaVilla, etc.

CPAC District 3: Southeast

East of the St Johns River and south of Beach Blvd including Mandarin and Town Center (not the Beaches)

The ideal candidate will have knowledge of the arts, strong existing community participation and ethnic diversity. 

The application process is open to the public.

The Public Art Program is seeking input from the community for uplifting ideas for quotes to be engraved in the base of a new sculpture slated to be installed in the Northwest section of Jacksonville
