Summary

This week has been a roller coaster of weather. From feet of snow to 60 degree temps here in Centennial. Most reports we received back yesterday (Saturday) were pretty lousy. Between the heavy influx of traffic beating it down, to the temps just turning last weekends powder into mush, you'll be searching pretty hard to find anything fluffy. One guest that checked out this morning said they found some decent stuff up North through the trees, but if you are searching for powder bound days...need to wait for the next spring dump. Luckily, there is something in the forecast for this weekend. Still 5-7 days out, so we aren't holding our breath. Forecast is calling for temps to stay lower now through the week with warmer temps starting Sunday the 28th. Total snow estimated to fall between now and next Sunday the 28th is 10-20" inches.

3/21/2021 - Just a quick half day today before heading out of town. Found some decent snow to the North over the top off and the beaten path where everyone else has been. After our last ride, it's just a pleasure to be able to see!

3/20/2021 - Pretty mushy out there. Maybe a foot of heavy dense snow in the trees, but everything else felt pretty cruddy. Early in the morning it's iced over and then by about noon there's decent traction from the "hero" snow, and by mid afternoon it feels like you're riding on mashed taters! Probably our last ride for the season unless a random Spring storm moves in.

3/18/2021 - Powder is settling fast. Sticking to the trees we were in knee to waist deep light powder. But anywhere where the sun could reach, it was settling into a foot or so of heavy wet snow. The plus side is that the traction is superb. I'd say the best of this storm's powder is settled, but will still be enjoyable for Spring riding.
