What is happening at Rock Hollow Woods?

Making memories...and a boardwalk!

290 youth volunteer hours, 37 students, 6 days, and 1 completed boardwalk! Thank you Youth Volunteer Corps of Reading, Rock Hollow Woods staff and volunteers, and the awesome student volunteers from Twin Valley, Exeter, Oley Valley, Kutztown Area, Wyomissing, Governor Mifflin, Wilson, Berks Catholic, and St. Catherine of Siena Catholic for such an unforgettable experience. Phase 1 done; looking forward to Phase 2!

We are a 501(c)3 non-profit organization operating entirely on donations and grants, with certified teachers that devote their time and talents to provide children with outdoor opportunities to discover and learn about the natural world and empower them to protect their environment.

Children who spend time exploring their natural world build life-long skills like confidence, problem solving, creativity, and cooperation. Please support our children in nature.
