Spring Forward into March | |
I hope that everyone has finally adjusted their sleep schedules and adjusted to this months time change. While daylight savings may have had you grabbing some extra coffee, March also brings the first extended break of the year... SPRING BREAK! Whether you are planning a family vacation or staycation, spending quality time with your family and/or friends is what this break is all about. But, if you ask me, the best place to be this spring break is here in the RM of Whitemouth because we have tons going on! Movie nights, day camp and a some fun activities outdoors. Keep reading to learn about the spring break festivities and this springs new programs!

SPRING BREAK PROGRAMS & EVENTS
Monday, March 25, 2019 - Outdoor Adventures Join us at the Seven Sisters Falls Ski Trail for games, actvities and loads of fun. FREE - no registration required. All under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult. Please dress for the weather. Click the button below to view a map or our meeting place.
Wednesday, March 27, 2019 - Movie Night ft. SMALLFOOT Doors open at 5:30 pm - Movie starts at 6:00 pm Location: Redeemer Lutheran Church (Whitemouth) Open to all ages! Please enter through the main entrance and remove all footwear. Single admission is $2.00 per person. Kids 3 and under are free. Feel free to come in your pjs and to bring blankets & pillows. *All children must be accompanied and supervised by an adult or guardian* Snacks available for purchase and is first come first serve so arrive early before it’s gone!
Thursday, March 28, 2019 - Spring Break Day Camp! Join us for a full day of camp fun - Games, crafts, sports, and so much more. Programming runs from 9-4 pm Drop off 8:30-9:00 am - Pick up 4:00-4:30 pm Cost per child: $20.00 Location Redeemer Lutheran Church (Whitemouth)

Upon completion of the exam, you will receive a provincially recognized certificate, valid for five years.

Recreation Opportunities for Children (ROC) Eastman is looking for board members from the North Eastman region. ROC Eastman works with families across the Eastman region, getting children involved in recreation and leisure activities when certain barriers might now allow them to do so on their own. Spring Yoga - Seven Sisters Falls | |
Spring yoga classes start on Tuesday March 5th for 11 weeks at the Seven Sisters Community Club on Townsite Road, Seven Sisters Falls. Tuesday’s from 10 to 11 a.m. and from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. Cost: $95 for all 11 weeks or $10 per session drop in. Call Fran at 1 (204) 254-6889 to register. | |
