February 2024

Nothing but love for baton twirling.

February seems like the appropriate time to "feel the love" for baton twirling. The 2024 Pan Pacific Championships was a great way to begin the twirling season with athletes from around the world. (More on that below.)

And now, as many countries begin selections for athletes attending the 2024 IBTF World Freestyle & Rhythmic Twirl Championship in Sweden, we are eagerly awaiting the results of those who will bring their passion for the sport to the competition floor in August.

We would be remised not to mention the one day each year that we pause and scream from the rooftops, "We LOVE baton twirling!" - April 10 - otherwise known as, World Baton Twirling Day. We hope your heart is skipping a beat in anticipation of this special event. Be sure to read below for ways to participate in learning the routine through a Virtual TwirlNations Clinic on March 10!

Thank you for your unconditional commitment to the future of baton twirling... it's here.
