Thanks to your generous donations, you unlocked our $10,000 matching grant, and we raised $23,000 for Colorado Gives Day!  Your donations will help us provide stipends for equitable participation, bilingual + bicultural programming (see GUB staff proudly holding our bilingual "child friendly city" assessment poster), and connect children to nature.

If you haven't given yet, it's not too late--click the "donate" button below.

Boulder's Child Friendly City Initiative

Picture

The Growing Up Boulder team has been busy organizing, training, and facilitating "Community Conversations" as part of Boulder's Child Friendly City process.  The photo above is from a "Teen Town Hall," one of the Community Conversations facilitated by the City's Youth Opportunities Advisory Board (YOAB) for their peers!  Community Conversations will help us learn what children, youth, parents/elders, and service providers (i.e. teachers, therapist) identify as their top priorities to improve young people's well-being in Boulder.  If you live in Boulder and are a child, teen, parent/elder or service provider, please share your thoughts through this 5 minute survey (the survey closes 12/31/23).
