First Aid Training
Emergency or Standard First-Aid Training with RESQ Safety Training Manitoba.
Two opportunities to take the course: 1) Emergency First Aid: January 29, 2019 or March 9, 2019

2) Standard First Aid: January 29-30, 2019 or March 9-10, 2019

About the Training:
Emergency First Aid is a one-day course provides the skills needed to recognize and respond to cardiovascular emergencies and choking for Adults, Children and Infants. Includes training in the use of an Automated External Defibrillator (AED) as well as basic first-aid (Circulation emergencies, deadly bleeds, breathing emergencies, basic wound care, how to use an Epipen). Course suitable for workplace or general interest and is Manitoba Workplace Health & Safety approved.
Standard First Aid is a comprehensive two-day course offering first aid and cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) skills for those who need training due to work requirements or who want more knowledge to respond to emergencies at home. This course goes above and beyond the Emergency First-Aid course including information, demonstration and hands-on training in, circulation emergencies, deadly bleeds, breathing emergencies, basic wound care, how to use an Epipen, splinting, slinging, bone and joint injuries, environmental injuries and illnesses. Course suitable for workplace or general interest. Meets Federal and Manitoba Workplace Health & Safety training standards.
Both courses will cover requirements for AED and CPR-C certification.

The Whitemouth 4-H Club needs your help! 🍀🍀🍀
We are looking for judges to help evaluate our communications event. NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED TO BE A JUDGE.
Date: February 4, 2019 - 6:00 pm at the Whitemouth School
Judges will help decide our finalists that will advance to the Eastman competition. If you or someone you know is able to help with our event, please contact the WRRC.
