Cork Recycling & In Fine Spirits Chicago Conservation Corps (C3) and Edgewater Environmental Coalition (EEC) teamed up with In Fine Spirits , a locally owned spirit store, to establish cork recycling! Recycling is provided by Terracycle, the company that specializes in recycling difficult materials. Click Here for More Info! Native Plant Planters Program Starting 2020, these planters have brought over 20+ native plants to local Andersonville business district. They also have helpful QR codes for facts about the plants and benefits. Native plants use less water, less harmful pesticides, and bring in less invasive species. For more information, click here! Plastic Launchpad Take Action! Talk with local businesses and provide flyers to them to reduce plastic waste (#CutOutCutlery and Shedd the Plastic).
