BACK TO SCHOOL BBQ
Friday, September 8th from 5-7pm
Who is ready to celebrate the return of school and back in a routine? Join the ORM community at the Back to School BBQ on Friday September 8th with a barbecue! The PTO will provide the main course of BBQ chicken, burgers and hotdogs along with the plates, napkins, cups and utensils.
Families bring a dish to share such as a side, salad or fruit for dessert (please no sweets and all dishes must be nut-free!). Please make sure you bring a serving utensil with your dish. Water will be provided but feel free to bring other non-alcoholic beverages for your family to enjoy and don't forget your picnic blanket! Labeled dishes will be accepted from 3:00 - 5:00 on the 1st-3rd grade blacktop.

Please remind children to leave scooters, skateboards, razors and other ride-on toys at home. They will not be allowed at the event.

CMS BACK TO SCHOOL PICNIC
FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 22ND FROM 5:30PM TO 7:00PM
Come celebrate the start of a new year!
- Field games organized by the 8th grade Leadership Class
- Live DJ and inflatable obstacle course
- Dinner and friends
- Join other CMS families for dinner and family fun! Amigos Grill will provide burritos and families are asked to bring their favorite salad, side dish or dessert to share. A table will be set-up to accept labeled dishes when you arrive.
This is a great event for volunteering - please sign up here. Contact Erin Sanders ([email protected]) if you have any questions. Volunteers needed to help with welcome table, set-up, and clean-up.
Remember: All students need to be chaperoned by a parent. Please remind students that scooters, skateboards, or other ride-on toys are not allowed at the event.

girl scouts for 4th graders
The leaders of troop # 62486 are ready for another exciting year for our troop!
Junior Girl Scouts will be led by Kirstin Dahm ([email protected]) & Gwyn Dilday ([email protected]) and meeting at CMS the 1st Wednesday of every month from 2:00-3:30pm in room 1001.
Annual dues will once again be $100 per girl. This amount covers uniform, patches/badges and meeting and outing incidentals. Dues may be made several ways. Via paypal to Lori Palazzolo at paypal.me/loripalazzolo - Make sure to note Girl Scouts name in Memo/Note. Check mailed to Lori Palazzolo at 16379 Skyline Blvd., Woodside, CA 94062 or Check dropped off at ORM in the Girl Scout basket in the front office.
