Yoga in the Great Outdoors- Monday evenings from 6:00-7:15 p.m. You ASKED , we LISTENED . Rock Hollow Woods is now offering a 'Yoga in the Great Outdoors - 2022 Summer Series PUNCH CARD!' Purchasing a Summer Series Punch Card gives you access to attend FOUR Monday evening yoga practices throughout the summer of 2022. Monday Evenings: 6:00 - 7:15 p.m. July 11, 18, & 25 August 1, 8, 15, 22, & 29 Join Tracy Wahl for a 75-minute gentle flow yoga class in the great outdoors. Participants will begin by grounding themselves to Mother Earth. Then they will honor the summer sunlight by flowing through sun salutations. They will move through sequences to open their hearts, move their energy, and dig deeper into specific areas of the body. The practice will close with savasana where participants will use nature to connect with Spirit. Yoga in the Great Outdoors is an adult class that is offered Monday evenings. Two field trips, Yoga in the Great Outdoors, Aimlessly Wander, nine summer camps, a Black Vulture Tagging program, and our first 'Walk in the Woods' fundraiser! Words can’t express how grateful we are about our very first Walk in the Woods fundraiser. It was a wonderful evening filled with smiles and laughter, great food, and spirited music. It was humbling as a majority of the guests were experiencing Rock Hollow Woods for the first time and we felt the magic happening time and again. THANK YOU to the staff, volunteers, and sponsors that made it all possible, to Chef Philip and his crew for a magnificent spread, to our cheery musicians for the entertainment, and to all of the guests for their overwhelming support and generosity! They built benching at the Goggleworks, made a garden and seeded it with PA native flowers, and pruned the whole area.
