Join us at Rock Hollow Woods for a 75-minute gentle flow yoga class in the great outdoors. Participants will begin by grounding themselves to Mother Earth. Then they will honor the summer sunlight by flowing through sun salutations. They will move through sequences to open their hearts, move their energy, and dig deeper into specific areas of the body. The practice will close with savasana where participants will use nature to connect with Spirit. Space is limited so CLICK HERE TO SIGN UP TODAY!

The very first Nature Pre-K class of Rock Hollow Woods graduated this May making Rock Hollow Woods history. It was a beautiful, heartfelt day and our adventurers really enjoyed sharing their love of nature with their families. We couldn’t have dreamed of a more perfect group of kids. Congratulations and best wishes in Kindergarten!

There are still a few spaces left for the 2021-2022 Nature Pre-K program. CLICK HERE to find more information and to register today.

In May we enjoyed a variety of educational programs.
