Participants will enjoy a 45 minute winter hike throughout Rock Hollow Woods as they observe birds, animal tracks, and more. Following the hike, participants will experience a fantastic animal presentation by Eyes of the Wild in our pavilion. Providing an up-close, intimate, and fun experience such as this, creates lasting memories and helps foster future advocates for wildlife!

Toddler Time on the Trail; 9:30-11:00 a.m. on Mondays/Wednesdays/Fridays

Our Toddler Time on the Trail has become so popular that it is now offered THREE days a week! Interacting with natural environments allows children to learn by doing and experiment with ideas. In nature, children think, question, and make hypotheses which helps to develop inquisitive minds. Whether they’re judging the distance between two rocks before jumping or considering where insects go in the winter, children are constantly thinking when they’re in nature. These experiences offer real, authentic learning like nothing else can. As children take risks, try and fail, and try again, they gain resilience and confidence. SIGN UP TODAY as these spots get filled quickly!

Homeschool Happenings; Wednesdays 1:00 - 4:00 p.m.

Our Homeschool Happenings program is offered on Wednesday afternoons each month through May. Give your child an authentic nature immersion experience! CLICK HERE for more information and to register today!

Nature Pre-K Program 2022-2023 registration is now open!

Our Nature Pre-K Program immerses children in the outdoors while providing a caring and positive atmosphere. Through hands-on discovery and inquiry-based learning, children will explore, discover, and grow with all that nature has to offer. Themed activities are both child-centered and teacher-guided, and place a focus on the process rather than the product. CLICK HERE for more information and to register today!
