Dear friends, I apologize as It has been a little while since our last email!

We have been so busy, the Yogi pets and I, working on brand new exciting projects!

Did you know that my little friends help me color my sketches! They let me draw them, and then they help me color the sketches!

I will have to share the process with you very soon!

It is a joyful little family project!

A new book is in the works! A best of book! Which may be called: " The little book of kindness." It will feature "the best of" all of our little Illustrations on the subject! 

I am being helped by my little yogi pets, deciding which sketches to include in the project! It is taking a little while as there are so many illustrations to compile! But we are staying present, enjoying the process as we go along, enjoying each other and every step along the way! We want the book to be created and imbued with so much love! we are so excited to soon be presenting it to you!

Also we are preparing our little forest for your arrival! Our member area will hopefully be up and running very soon!

We hope that you are having a beautiful weekend filled with kindness and self-compassion. I hope that your month is going well so far. Know that you are so loved and welcomed here in this space of gentleness, anytime!

As I was walking in the woods a few days ago, I witnessed the most beautiful thing! I tried to capture it in a sketch...

It is amazing to notice that kindness is as healing to witness, as it is to experience!

The effects of such acts of kindness can last a life time! They could save a life. Check in on your loved ones, the cheery ones, the ones that always make others laugh. They seem strong on the outer, but you never know what they may go through in their inner worlds. Just a small text message, an "I love you" or "I am thinking about you", goes a long way. And it may be the one thing they may need this very moment. We never know what anyone is going through. A few kind words may make a HUGE difference.

Kindness truly is the most priceless, healing gift to behold and to bestow.

The woods where our little friends live, is filled with so much kindness, stillness and gentleness.

They often remind me to most importantly, be very kind to myself.

How easy it is to forget to practice that! How grateful I am to be reminded often in such a gentle way. 

Here are small ways our little friends, reminded me of that:

We have been busy preparing for the big opening of our virtual land!

Yes our magical little Yogi Pets forest will soon be opened to the public!

We will finally meet each other and you will be invited to come backstage and draw with me mindfully, take a tour of my studio and see behind the scenes how I create, go on mindful, nature walks, with Lil' Mouse and I.  All will be unveiled, month after month, as you will discover every month where all the inspiration comes from!

What is self-love, what is mindfulness? How do you practice it?

We will also go deeper into practicing the art of living in the present moment and embark on a self-care journey, with practical tools and audios, on how to practice living mindfully like our little friends! 

This will all be happening through a gateway called Patreon! what is Patreon?
