The 5k course will start and finish at Los Patios this year and take participants down part of the Salado Creek Greenway Trail. The CleftStrong 5k and Kid Fun Run is a family-friendly event that benefits the American Cleft Palate-Craniofacial Association, a non-profit association founded in 1943 in support of advancing patient care and research for those born with cleft lip, cleft palate and other craniofacial anomalies.
