You can mail or drop off to Jeff Johnson (325 Mastin Pl) or Ann Hida (373 Shelbourne Ter) or Andy Hoy (695 Wall Street). Please note if the spring fees are not paid the rower will not be able to row in regattas.

Saturday, March 23 Practice Schedule

The practice schedule for Saturday, March 23 has been modified due to the Row-a-Thon. InstaTeam has been updated, and the schedule is as follows:

7:30-9:30am Returning Girls and Freshman

9:30-11:30am Returning Boys

Also, don't forget to sign up for a row-a-thon 1 hour time slot. All rowers must sign up for 1 hour.

Costs will be shared amongst families for each session and it will be for all the days listed. Cost per rower will be dependent upon number of sign-ups and size of bus. Once I have a headcount of interested parties, I will inform each group of cost before final arrangements are made.

Returning  to PRRA.   No date set yet, we will keep all informed as soon as we have an update from the PRRA and the County.   All is working out well at Overpeck and we have to give a big Thank You to Don Bosco for helping us out!

Row-A-Thon THIS SATURDAY 3/23  

12 noon to 3pm

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

·         Rowers to sign up on Instateam for you 1hr required time slot to Erg in the park…

·         Every rower is required to raise a minimum of $300.  

·         For Corporate Sponsor Logos and Artwork, is extended to Wed. March 20th by 5pm. Please submit Logos/Artwork in pdf format to: ridgewoodcrewfundraising@gmail.com

·         For Individual & Corporate Monies, submit before or by the day of the event, March 23rd

·         All checks should be payable to: Ridgewood Crew and delivered to Mrs. Carmona at 898 Hillcrest Rd., Ridgewood NJ 07450.  *** Please fill out the donation form so your donations are properly recorded.  Corporate forms to accompany artwork.

·         We will be selling Zing Energy Bars at the Row-A-Thon on Saturday at the event 40% of proceeds go to the Crew Team. Great flavors and nutritious! Encourage families to come visit the Zing table at the food tent

·         Parents – Please go onto Instateam to sign up to help out.  

Please spread the work to your Friends, Family and Neighbors about the event!

Hello team!  There are still 5 family slots available
and several families who have not yet signed up to
work the food tent for one regatta.
Please do so ASAP as we would prefer if you chose the date that best fits your schedule rather than us assigning it to you. Remember volunteers slots for the food tent are per family (e.g. a mom and a Dad who both decide to help sign up just in ONE slot) 
Open slots still available are: 
3 open slots - City Day 2 on Sunday 5/5 
1 open slot - Stotes 1 on FRIDAY 5/17 
1 open slot - Stotes Day 2 on Saturday 5/18 
Go to the corresponding regatta day and click on the volunteer icon to add your name. 
Responsibilities include prepare food, stock the trailer, host the tent all-day at the regatta and clean pots after.
Many thanks for your great help! Remember, you work for the food tent for one regatta (before, during and after) and can simple "hang" or rest the rest of the season !!
