WEST507

Meet Steve

"Hi, my name is Steve Keyner and I am responsible for the development of Oceaanhuis in the past 2 years. The construction was a major objective from a development point of view because of the historical value of the building.

Together with IBB Kondor, the builder of the project, we have tried to keep as many possible elements from the time that WEST507 was a Municipality office and Stokvis BV before.

Since the opening last summer, we have still some things which we need to fix and complete. Therefore, I will be still involved in the coming period to come. My goal is to gather as much information as possible and speak to many tenants to hear about your experience in this beautiful monumental building. I will be on location several times per week. Please do not hesitate to contact [email protected] or make a ticket in your tenant portal for any questions regarding the progress of the building. Make sure to indicate ‘Question for the development manager WEST507".

Support your locals!

Support your local restaurant, entrepreneur, chef, supplier, runner, etc. During these crazy times it is important to support each other. Here are some local companies which you can support:

  • You had me at ‘pizza’
You might have already passed by this Italian restaurant; Pizzeria Andiamo. Owner Sebastian and his family opened their restaurant two years ago and are famous for their delicious pizza. They are open for take away and delivery on appointment (010 311 6850)
  • Asian BBQ Restaurant
Unfortunately, we’re not able to enjoy the full experience of Thai hotpot & grill. However, we can still enjoy their delicious food. Thai Curry, salads, bites, sweets and drinks. You name it, they have it!
  • ‘Life happens. Coffee helps.’
Everybody needs their coffee time! Only a 6 min walk from WEST507 away there is Evermore’. A cute coffee spot which now is open each Friday/Sunday from 10:00/14:00. P.S. they deliver for free as well! Go get your coffee!

If you’re an entrepreneur/chef/barista/what so ever and you’re in need to have some support as well! Contact us or spread your skills! We’re here to help!

2. Volunteer
During COVID, there are a lot of initiatives pop up to help each other out. Shopping for vulnerable, folding laundry in hospitals, having a chat with the elderly, etc. If you want to help others, please check out Ready2Help or Zorgzaam010.
