You have been scheduled to give your talk on the first day of the conference: your talk is scheduled for the session starting at 3:00 pm, on Monday, September 25.
The total time allocated for your presentation is 20 minutes, which should be organized as follows: 15 minutes for the talk; 4 minutes for questions; 1 minute transition time (transition between speakers). The session chairs will strictly enforce time limits, and will move on to the next speaker at the 20-min mark.
Projection format will be widescreen (16:9). Please take this into account when designing your slides. In addition, we ask you to please use the template attached for the first slide of your presentation.

To encourage participants to attend the whole conference, the full program (including specific dates and times of individual talks and sessions) will only become available a few days before the meeting. Thus, no additional scheduling information is available at this point.
