We are happy to announce we will re-open our physical location to the public effective Monday, May 25th under the protocols below.


CUSTOMER PROTOCOLS:

  • Our front door will remain locked. We ask all customers to gently knock on our front door upon arrival.
  • All customers are required to wear a mask while in-store; If you are not wearing a mask you will not be allowed in-store.
  • We will only allow up to 2 customers at a time (Parties of up to two are welcome); If there is a customer who is currently in-store and another customer knocks on the door to enter we will kindly ask the customer who is in-store for their approval first; If the customer in-store says no, respectively, the customer outside will have to wait.
  • If there is two or more customers in at a time, please maintain a minimum of 2m distance from one another.
  • Our fitting room is available to use with permission from a store staff member; Our washrooms are only available for staff members at this time
  • All run groups will remain postponed until further notice. 


BUSINESS/EMPLOYEE PROTOCOLS:

  • We will go over all customer protocols with each customer prior to entering the store. 
  • We have hand sanitizer gel free to use for customers upon entering and leaving.
  • Employees will clean the store between each customer. 
  • All employees are required to wear a mask and will wash their hands between each customer. (1-2 employees will be present). 


Please note that protocols are subject to change given the current environment we are in. We will notify customers of added or changed protocols upon entering the store.

Effective Monday May 18th- Sunday May 24th:

Monday - Friday: 10am - 4pm (Pick-Up and Delivery only - including Victoria Day!)

Saturday - Sunday: 11am - 3pm (Pick-Up and Delivery only)

Effective Monday May 25th:

Monday - Friday: 10am - 4pm 

Saturday - Sunday: 11am - 3pm 


We would like to encourage our community to continue to shop our online store www.runnerschoicewaterloo.com. Online orders will continue to have the option for contactless pick-up or FREE 1-2 day local delivery until further notice.

If there is something you wish to purchase that is currently unavailable, please contact us. If there are any other ways we can help you, we will do what we can. Thank you for your understanding. stay safe, wash your hands, and take care of yourselves and others as best you can.
