A lot has been accomplished since Franklin Gear, Inc. was formed as a non-profit Makerspace in the City of Franklin this past March:

  • We have registered as a non profit corporation in the State of New Hampshire.
  • Formed an outstanding Board of Directors.
  • Adopted Bylaws.
  • Established some initial funding.
  • Met with business and community leaders to begin the process of securing grants and corporate sponsorships.
  • Are in negotiations to house our makerspace in the heart of Downtown Franklin!
  • We participated in the Winni River Festival this June where we met many of you!

There is still much to do.  Read on to see how you can participate in making a makerspace!
