| Hello Again, Romantics , it's Robin... We're in Kansas City for the next few weeks! There's so much going on here. Our daughter, Lynnea and her husband Alex recently purchased a lovely 100-year-old home along a tree-lined street in St. Joseph, Missouri. Old homes have such character! We're getting lots of opportunities to spend time with our son and daughter-in-law, Cody and Kelcy, and our three granddaughters. There's also old friends, Royals baseball, and KC BBQ. And there are hearts! Have you heard about Kansas City's Parade of Hearts ? It started two years ago and has grown each year since. Hand-painted and decorated hearts are placed around the metro area. I'm a huge heart lover, so we download the map and spend weekends heart-hunting in our favorite city. Here are three examples of the dozens of hearts from previous years. But it's a big deal nonetheless. We switched sides in bed! And we upgraded from a queen-sized mattress to a king. It's been quite an adventure. And plenty of laughs. People ask sometimes if future summer romances are a possibility. Everything's a possibility. We love the beach. For now, we're content to stick to the holidays, but never say never!
