at Don Bosco High School; 492 Franklin Turnpike, Ramsey, NJ.

Rowers should report to Don Bosco 90 minutes before their scheduled race to warm up and prepare for the race. Rowers may leave after their race is over.

8:30am Girls 7th Grade

9:00am Girls 8th Grade

9:15am Boys 8th Grade 

10:15am Womens High School Freshman

11:00am Mens High School Freshman

12:30pm Mens High School Novice

1:15pm Womens High School Lightweight

2:00pm Mens High School Lightweight

2:45pm Womens High School Open

3:30pm Mens High School Open


Middle school, freshman, and novice rowers should wear black spandex running shorts and a Ridgewood t-shirt to the regatta. If your rower did not receive a team t-shirt before Thursday’s meeting, please contact Katie to arrange delivery.

INSTATEAM UPDATE

All rower and parent contact and information has been loaded into InstaTeam. Please check to make sure that your parent information, your rower’s emergency phone number and cell phone number is correct and listed, so that in the event the coaches need to contact them they can do so.

I am still in the process of loading the 8th grade development team. 8th grade parents, please download the app InstaTeam and join “Ridgewood Crew 8th grade development team” and follow instructions. We plan on using InstaTeam for all communication and information going forward.  You can also find on online: www.instateam.net
