Head of the Passaic Regatta:

11 Ridgewood Crew boats will be competing at this Sunday's (Oct 15) regatta. The schedule can be found here:

Rowers should be at PRRA 1 1/2 hours before their race. Rowers may leave after their race, and after their boat is put away.

Novice Rowers:

Practice this Saturday, Oct 14; 10:30am - 12:30pm. No practice this Sunday. Please come to the river and cheer on your fellow rowers in the first fall regatta. You will also get an idea of the race day preparation that is done during a regatta. 

University of Connecticut, woman's rowing will be having a recruiting open house on Friday, November 10 for anyone interested in learning more about being a Husky!

Please pass this information on to any of your athletes who may be interested. The open house will include a tour of campus and our athletic facilities, an information session about campus life and UConns academic programs, and a Q&A session with our coaching staff and current student-athletes. Our open house will conclude around 6:00pm, but prospective student-athletes and their parents are welcome to stay to attend the mens basketball game against Colgate at 7:00pm. Please RSVP below. We can only provide game tickets to recruits and two parents. We have a limited number of tickets available, on a first come, first serve basis. Any siblings, friends or other relatives traveling with you will have to purchase tickets. Please let me know if you would like to purchase additional tickets Ill put you in touch with the ticket office so that your seats are together.

1:00pm Tour of weight room

1:30pm Tour of athletic training room

2:00pm UConn Campus tour

4:30pm Meet with academic advisor, Q & A with coaches and student-athletes

6:00pm Open house concludes

The Head of the Schuylkill which was listed on our schedule as October Saturday, October 28th, has been moved to Sunday, October 29th with all high school teams competing on that day. Please make note of it.
