10 Reasons Why You Should Buy Your Reunion Tickets Right Now!

  1. The Reunion is only TWO MONTHS from now! The Reunion Banquet is September 17, so it's time to make your Reunion plans TODAY!
  2. This is the first ever class reunion at the old Kennedy high school! The Class of 1971 is the first group of "Levittowners" that went through the entire school system from K-12 grade. Now, we are again breaking ground with the first class reunion at Kennedy!
  3. At least 12 of our teachers have already said they are coming to the Reunion Banquet! Ms. Freddie George is the most recent confirmation. Current attendees include: Mr. Asher Cottrell; Ms. Doris (Crosby) Lustusky; Mr. John DePetris; Ms. Freddie George; Mr. Lawrence Hampton; Mr. Gary Jankowski; Mr. Richard Luttrell; Mr. Robert Mahler; Mr. William McGrath; Mr. John Smith; Ms. Constance Smith; and Mr. Martin Towey. Several other teachers have been contacted and are in the process of making a decision whether they can attend. These include Mr. Stephen Bertuglia; Ms. Judy Berryann; Ms. Susan Cobb; Mr. John Celani; Mr. Ronald Cheeseman; Ms. Evelyn Lewis; Mr. Joseph McBride; and Mr. William Puglia!
  4. We have planned a weekend full of Reunion activities! Events include a Friday afternoon Meet & Greet at Kennedy HS; a Friday evening dinner at the Golden Dawn Diner; the George Adams Memorial Tennis Tournament Saturday morning; a party at the high school Saturday afternoon; the Saturday evening Banquet; and a Sunday catered picnic and BBQ in Mill Creek Park!
  5. For the Reunion Banquet, we can choose from a huge variety of over 70 catered buffet entree options! This ain't no rubber chicken or greasy green roast beef affair. You can vote for up to 12 of your favorite entrees! Please vote NOW; your ballots help our planning, and the number of entrees at the Banquet is determined by total ticket sales. We are doing our very best to make accommodations for those who have dietary restrictions.
  6. There is a tremendous interest from other JFKHS classes! The first reunion at the high school with so many teachers attending has stimulated interest from many other classes. We have given the Class of 1971 over five months to make their commitment. Now we will open ticket sales to other classes. Available tickets are limited and will be sold on a "first come, first served" basis. Sorry, if you wait too late, you may lose out.
  7. An enormous effort is being made to contact all Class of 71 alumni! The volunteer Alumni Search Team found about 100 classmates for whom we had no previous contact information.
  8. Tickets may sell out! There are limited seats available for most events! There will be NO REUNION BANQUET TICKET SALES  AFTER SEPTEMBER 5. The only exception would be for those currently are on our "Missing Alumni" list who may not learn about the Reunion until a very late date.
  9. Please help Reunion Organizers better plan events and cover costs by purchasing tickets NOW! The unique nature of hosting the reunion at the old high school, having multiple events, doing our own catering and event planning, acquiring an alcohol permit, obtaining insurance coverage, and so on, has put Organizers under pressure to pay all costs up front. Also, as we get a sense of the popularity of each event, we can make detailed plans for the best reunion ever!
  10. Some hotels at NJTP Exit 5 are already booked! There are no rooms available at the Quality Inn & Suites and Motel 6 for the Reunion Weekend!
