A&M Restructuring Financial Modeling Workshop Finance Connection will be having guest speakers , Mauricio Rivera (UCSB '05) and Chuck Dailey (UCSB '15) from the A&M Restructuring Group this Wednesday. Mauricio Rivera is a Senior Director at Alvarez & Marsal Restructuring in San Francisco with more than 10 years of experience in finance and restructuring. He has experience working in several industries, including technology, telecom, energy, consumer products, real estate and retail. Chuck Dailey works in Restructuring & Turnaround with Alvarez & Marsal. Previously, he also has experience in M&A Advisory at PwC. He graduated in 2015 from UCSB with a degree in Economics and Accounting. Restructuring includes advising the debtor from the company side. Typical work includes restructuring modeling, Chapter 11 preparation, and reinforcing business plans. Be sure to come prepared with all your questions for the Info Session!
