Join us for an amazing experience on Thursday, July 18th at 6:30pm with Soul Sisters Sound Baths for a unique exploration of gentle yoga, intention setting and sound immersion. Certified Sound Bath Practitioners and sisters, Lila & Paula, create a soothing landscape of movement and sound to help release physical and emotional tension and find peace within. Designed for all participants, our intimate gatherings focus on creating a peaceful and inclusive atmosphere. Mini Summer Yoga Practice- Settle into pose for 5-10 breaths. Enjoy!

1. Begin in a variation of wide squat: Malasana. Use props to make the pose be in service to you. Sit on some books/a pillow (block/bolster).

2. Move to seated forward fold: Pashchimottanasana. Try to arrange props to set up a healthy hip hinge paired with a strap/blocks to feel a stretch across your entire back body. 

3. Move to your belly & slide forearms to create sphinx pose: Salamba Bhujangasana to lengthen abdominal muscles, strengthen the spine & soothe the nervous system.

4. Return to a seated pose with legs extended. Bend your knee. Inhale to grow your spine tall. Exhale to turn towards the knee gently with your core muscles: Marichyasana A. Take 5 long, slow breaths on each side.

5.Finish with "The Peggy" for at least 5 minutes as a cherry on top of this delicious summer practice!
