Every summer at Glow, we have a special wellness challenge to encourage and inspire you to stay healthy over summer - and we always give away lots of prizes! This summer we keep the tradition going, but we are making things different this year - so that everyone can participate, whether you come to the gym or stay home. Come to Glow to pickup your Bingo card, or email us for a copy to print off at home - take the photos, post them on your Facebook or Instagram, cross off your Bingo card, and hand it in at Glow Selkirk before August 31 to qualify for prizes at the end of summer. YOGA Bring a journal and a pencil along with your yoga mat, towel, or blanket and a water. This full moon yoga flow workshop is from 8 - 9 p.m. at Selkirk Memorial Park, so we can glimpse the beautiful full moon as we flow. $10 to drop in - free for all Glow yoga members. We have your shoes and yoga mats, ready to give back to you! Sadly due to Covid cleaning updates, we cant hang onto these here for you anymore, so we are asking for everyone to come and get em as soon as you can!
