| I know I mentioned last month how much I love Spring, but now that it's in full swing, I'm even happier about it. I've done my Spring planting outdoors, including a new Meyer lemon tree that has the most amazing fragrant blossoms. I can't wait until it starts bearing fruit (probably next year). I'm a big fan of Spring cleaning, although I started early this year (in December). It's important to me to create energy in my home that feels creative, peaceful, joyful, and clutter-free and during the winter, things tend to get more cluttered around my house. I've been using the principles of feng shui for a spruce up, and the energy in my house is flowing beautifully right now. I strongly recommend you give your home a spring tune-up, as well. I've also been focused on the principles of Reiki and making sure Reiki is a regular part of my life . I work with Reiki energy daily in many ways, and it has brought depth and focus to my life. I'm excited to announce I recently completed a book about Reiki; it's in my publisher's capable hands for editing and layout now, and I'll let you know when it's close to release. Finally, in my crystals adventures last month, I started to dig deeply into the geeky facts about crystals: how they are formed, how old they are, etc. I love the energetic properties of crystals, but I also adore learning about fossils like pyritized ammonites and septarian or why crystals like labradorite have such a vibrant flash in them. Having crystals and fossils in my home fills my house with ancient energies from the Earth, and I am grateful they are part of my life. Crystal Focus: Diamond We tend to think about diamonds as being an expensive gemstone for jewelry, and we may forget they are also crystals with healing properties. Diamonds are high-vibration crystals that stimulate the crown chakra. The energy of a diamond provides clarity and connection, both with our fellow travelers on this planet and with higher realms. While a diamond ring can symbolize marital commitment, wearing diamond earrings can also stimulate clarity in spiritual matters. Ammonites are fossils that are millions of years old, and what happens to them as the fossilize is simply amazing. March 8 marked the 8-year anniversary of my first book . Becoming an author was an unexpected surprise, but it is a path for which I am grateful and have been every day for the past eight years. Dream Symbol: Naked Dreams This is one of the most common types of dreams people have - being naked or in their underwear in public. We tend to have these dreams when we are feeling emotionally vulnerable or exposed or fear feeling that way. A nudity dream (especially being nude in public) suggests you may be feeling worried about a deepening connection with another or you are concerned that events and circumstances in your life have left you vulnerable and exposed. It's important to remember, however, that while these dreams can feel embarrassing, there's nothing wrong with being open and vulnerable with others, as it can deepen and strengthen relationships.
