We are so excited for our Harvest Festival, and it's going to be even better with you here! Important arrival, parking, and space designation information will be sent out about one week prior to event. NEXT STEPS: In order to secure and reserve your spot, please click the link above to a private vendor page on our site. If you are asked for a password, please enter "Vendor" as a password. (Make sure you use a capital V for Vendor)! You will then be able to make payment for your space. PLEASE NOTE: We have a LOT of interest in this festival from potential vendors! We do have a waitlist this time around. If you would like to attend, please be sure to submit payment by September 10th to secure your spot. This is a RAIN OR SHINE event, so please be SURE you have appropriate tent shelter before confirming your acceptance. Vendor fees are non refundable in case of rain or last minute cancellation. Please be sure you have a tent or adequate cover for your wares. Vendors are responsible for bringing their own tables, chairs and tents which must be 10ft x 10ft or smaller, and weighted with 20lbs per leg. Staking is permissible at event venue for vendors on grass area. Space designations will be sent 1 week prior to event. For safety, festival coordinators will require any tent not properly weighted be taken down. BCAW will NOT provide electricity for vendor spaces, unless previously discussed. PHOTOS!
