Picnic in the Park
FRIDAY: 3.00pm - 8.00pm Snag a picnic table and enjoy a gourmet burger from The Wallow, with handmade sorbet or ice cream from Iced Iced Baby for desert at Williamson Park.
Late Entries
If a friend decides to tag along at the last minute, late entries are available at Friday and Saturday Registration. Eftpos available. **Online entries are open until 8pm Wednesday 25 September**
Medal Wristbands
If you have a Standard Entry with Medal, you'll receive a wristband at registration so our finish line volunteers know to present you with a medal. Lost wristbands cannot be replaced.
Travel to the Event
CAUTION: 10km and 5km participants travelling to Whangamatā from Waihi on event morning may be held at the SH25 Stop/Go between 8.00 - 10.30am. View our Traffic Management Guide here.
Parking
Check the Traffic Management Guide to make sure you follow the best route to get to Williamson Park on the day and to find a carpark nearby.
Start
A very short walk across Williamson Park will get you to the Lowe Street start line. 8.00am - Half Marathon 10.00am - 10km 11.00am - 5km
We are Cup Free

TORQ Hydration Drink
All Think Water Whangamatā Hydration Stations on course and at the finish will offer Watermelon TORQ Electrolyte drink as well as water. A subtle and refreshing flavour - have a taste test at registration.
