Shipping times may be extended, especially during the sale. If you can, please add a note when placing multiple orders so we can combine shipping. If you place an order that contains B/O items or templates your order will ship COMPLETE when all items are ready. Please double check your orders since we cannot make adjustments after they are placed. You are responsible for adding the coupon code at checkout and we cannot add it for you afterwards. Because we are busy, items do sell out. If any item is unavailable due to our inventory running out (not B/O items), we will ship your order without that item and send it to you when it arrives.
