BOTANIC NEW FARM Project Update November 2021 Dear Valued Botanic Purchaser, It is our pleasure to share with you the first monthly construction and project update, October 2021 issue from the dedicated Customer Concierge Team. Over the recent weeks, Tomkins Builders have experienced great productivity onsite as we are watching this fabulous project come to life. Construction continues to advance at the luxurious Botanic residences as the scaffolding has started to come down, and the final touches to the steel work are being made. The builder have increased their workforce to accelerate external and internal works as we are edging closer to completion. At present, based on the construction programme, we anticipate settlements to be begin in the early February 2022. Once construction completion has been reached, you will be invited to attend an pre-settlement inspection allowing you the opportunity to view your property ahead of settlement. We expect to be facilitating pre-settlement inspections with you before Christmas subject to construction activity. We will begin scheduling these appointments in the coming weeks. Included in the next project update, November 2021 issue, will be further progress across all levels, carparks and the facility area as we near practical completion. We hope you are keeping safe and well, and we look forward to keeping in close communication as we approach handover. External works We are beyond excited to see the beautiful exterior of the Botanic project as the scaffolding is coming down. INTernal works We have seen incredible efforts by Tomkins, who are well on track to reach completion of internal fittings.
