Our work with morning and evening sacred words… deh saad beh… is a technique that guides and protects us . Our practice is time when we are directly in touch with the higher self of all spiritual natures, and directly in communion with our Mother Earth . Greet the Sun and raise your morning beverage cup to toast life and say… I send love and support. I ask others to trust. I help them know the world is evolving. I am connected to the Sacred Plan. This then is my gift to the world in this cycle. Thank you for another Good Day in my Life, Grandfather. Himilayas Before turning in, say good night to Grandmother Moon and affirm… During the past three decades I have been connected. I have lived the seasons. I have educated myself to close, healthy, personal-star relationships. I learned and have come to an understanding. For this reason, I share my connection, my knowledge, and evoltuion. Thank you Grandmother, thank you for this good day in my life. And so, in a very ancient, yet simple way, we balance the polarity within us that creates chaos. When we balance the choas within us, we find life runs smoother, easier, and the Ancestors have swept our path clean of obstacles that have nothing to do with us to start with. We recognize what is ours and what is not, and are free to fully engage in what the universe provides us. Visit Linda's Earth Spirit Photography Gallery This tree we remember: Five years ago, when we first moved to the Ranch in Ramona, this old growth oak tree was our Water Guardian. Like Maria, she had been struck by lightning. There was space for an alter within her burned womb. Below her grew TRUFFLES of all things! And beneath her we resurrected the hat'ii ceremonial tipi. Right before the onset of COVID two years ago, we noticed she had transitioned. We moved the ceremonial tipi so we could be safe, and give Grandmother the space to do what she needed. For another year, we danced beneath her. During our regular seasonal closing of the Fairy Grotto this year, she began dropping her big branches. This week, three of our dead Guardians will be removed from the area that is utilized by humans. We sign our gratitude for their service over the years, shading us, protecting our troup of raptors and song birds. We sign of their honor, and the light that will now shine in their place for new growth, new celebration, new life. Chant with Us! Ah-Kine Remembrance: from Condor Revealing Prophecy CONNECT TO THE EARTH Why this part of what I do is so important: When I was growing up I was exposed to nature in a way that made me understand my relationship to the planet and all of her children… All My Relations. I learned to stalk butterflies and learn everything about them, I knew how to feel comfortable at sunset when the nightwalking puma patrolled the land, and I have literally danced with wolves. So for me, the growing up with this knowledge… this Earth Wisdom… kind of became a groundwork for Earth Spirituality, Healing, and Manifestation. I present many things in our Connect to the Earth Facebook Group… from a Color and Connect project like the one above, to video stories about animals relevant to cyclic time, and interesting trivia questions that share information about the time we live in and give us a better understanding of our responsibilities in life.
