Welcoming the re-opening of Argos, Clonmel today (Friday22nd) Paul Blanche, manager at the Showgrounds Shopping Centre said "They (Argos) have an excellent system in place where you reserve an item online and then collect in store. We have a “Keep Right” one way system in place in the Centre to promote social distancing".
Paul Blanche said the best tips for business that he could offer was to sharing best practice among companies in your industry through online forums.
"Even if you are directly competing with each other , we are all in the same boat. It will offer some businesses the peace of mind around what they are implementing plus give businesses ideas on how implement other systems", he remarked.
Argos, is the latest retailer to re-open at the Showgrounds Shopping Centre after they launched their online "Click and Collect" system in all their stores nationwide.
Reservations for Clonmel are available on the main website https://www.argos.ie/ and for safety reasons there will be no admittance to the shop if you do not have a reservation confirmation.

A&E Jewellers and Blush Beauty are making preparations to re-open when they are allowed under the current phases. Easons, Golden Discs, Boston Barbers, BB's and the food hall at Marks & Spencer presently remain closed.
