We are making adjustments for our Yoga Melrose community. We are now offering virtual membership with a streamlined line up of classes.

Classes will be live and available online for viewing in a closed group on Facebook. The following classes will be available through virtual membership.

  1. For updates in our system, all current and new students, please fill out our new waiver here
  2. Pay a flat fee of $25 through Venmo or mail payment to Anne Hoeschen at 220, 9th St. SE, Freeport MN 56331
  3. Confirm registration with Anne by texting 320-290-3312 or via email. Your virtual membership will active upon completion of waiver and payment.
  4. Once registration is confirmed, you will receive an invitation to join our Virtual Membership Facebook group.

Tell us a little about yourself.

I am a mom of 2 and have been married for 10 years. We live in Grey Eagle.

Are you originally from Melrose?

No, I grew up just north of Minneapolis in the suburb of New Brighton. It was a great place to grow up! Many of my family still lives in that area.

What hobbies and activities do you enjoy?

Yoga! Cabin time, being with family and friends. I enjoy singing and guitar.

How long have you been doing yoga?

I started yoga in July of 2019. I had done videos prior to that, but not consistently.

What do you like best about your yoga practice?

I love the way it makes me feel physically and mentally. It makes me feel stronger and helps me take a moment to just focus on health.

Tell us something unique about yourself.

I studied classical guitar in college. I am pretty rusty now!

Yoga Flow of the Month
