​Registration Open for the ​HIV & Wellness Workshop #19

The Sexual Health Society of Queensland has been funded by ViiV Healthcare to run the 19th annual HIV & Wellness Workshop!  The event will provide educational updates on HIV trends and foster networking by bringing together the Queensland HIV workforce with the community, government, and private sector. The workshop’s participants will be a mix of doctors, nurses, allied health, and community workers from the sector. 

The program outlines the workshop topics and presenters. All the topics have been nominated by key stakeholders in the HIV sector and developed by our advisory committee listed below.

The workshop will take place on Saturday,19th June 2021 from 9.30am to 4.30pm.  At the Brisbane International Virginia.  Participants will receive further information such as digital resources, maps and other information a few days prior to the workshop.  Participants can attend Face to Face or attend via a Zoom meeting.  Due to the COVID-19 restrictions the face-to-face workshop is restricted to 40 participants.   Don't miss out, register now​!

12th Australasian Viral Hepatitis Conference

The Australasian Viral Hepatitis Conference is a multi-day conference for the dissemination and presentation of new and innovative research findings and better management across the Australasian viral hepatitis sector. Through this forum, the event will the health workforce, government and community to work towards the elimination of hepatitis B and hepatitis C and support the communities living with these conditions in Australia, New Zealand and the Asia and Pacific regions.

To be COVID-Safe, the conference will have an innovate format, presented through hubs in Brisbane on Sunday 30th of May at Sofitel Central and Sydney on Monday 31st May and Tuesday 1st June at Masonic Centre.  Day rates are available. For further information visit the conference website​​.
