This year we have scheduled even more sailing activities on our yacht BlueOne, with sailing trainings and winter regattas in the upcoming months. Check our website and Facebook page regularly for any last minute places available on BlueOne. On 6 and 13 December, Ken's Antartica and Atlantic presentations will kick off a series of theoretical trainings that will take place throughout the winter. Last but not least, join us at our next Nav'Apero on 29 November to catch up with old friends and meet new sailings enthusiasts! We wish you a peaceful pre-Christmas period, The CNCE team Antarctica and Atlantic Presentations on 6 and 13 December, 19:00-21:00 Kenneth Patterson will share his experiences gained & lessons learned on his Atlantic circuit. He will cover boat preparation, technical issues, weather & wind patterns, single-handed boat handling, tourism & sailing in west Africa, Cape Verde, Suriname & Eastern Caribbean Islands, returning via the Azores, Ireland, Wales & Cornwall. Ken's presentations will also cover his preparatory trip to the Western Antarctic peninsula across the Drake passage to the Gerlache Strait, Paradise Bay and nearby regions. I want to attend! That's when the annual CNCE General Assembly will take place to elect the new Executive Board for the next 3 years and where you can have your say. If interested in sailing in the Aegean Sea next summer (13 -27 July 2019), please contact Dimitri Chronopoulos who intends to organize a cruise in these waters.
