SomaYoga: Slow Release Yoga

A slow, breath-led yoga experience, bringing deep release and restoration to mind and body. SomaYoga is a gentle, but deep, form of therapeutic yoga that is excellent for releasing chronic tension and pain, calming the nervous system and restoring physical and emotional balance. Gentle class suitable for all levels.
