update

Autumn

So tomorrow is officially winter (meteorologically speaking)!  I'm sat here, with tea in hand, marvelling at the autumn light and chilly temps. Between planning for Christmas and 2024, it's always a joy to look back at the year that's been so I'll be doing my Instagram advent calendar again this year (so keep an eye out for that on @delamarecreative) and see below for a special Christmas offer and a new feature at the bottom of my email!  Thank you for journeying with me through 2023, have a great Christmas and hope to see you in 2024! I had a fab time with Francesca Hamilton Counselling setting up her branding & photography. Can't recommend her enough - find her on Facebook or her site.  Also had fun shooting their Airbnb, including a beautiful furry visitor! ​

PORTRAITS​

NERINES​

In October, I journey again to the Nerine Festival to the see the National Collection. A nerine - Hotspur - was also part of 'The Bailiwick in Bloom' Exhibition & is also available in my Art Shop​. 

Three favourite things at the mo:

I receive updates from a band called The Gray Havens and they always end with three favourite things - and I love it, so here I go! 

  1. Jamie Cullum's The Pianoman at Christmas It is early but this vinyl is in the player. So many fantastic original songs & the digital one has a beautiful version of In the Bleak Midwinter. Go on... never too early! 
  2. Lindt Nuxor Dark If you like chocolate and hazelnuts.. you're welcome.
  3. Will I Get a White Christmas in 2023? A popular visit around now in some corners of my family - what will the snowman's nose say?
