Car Wash Sunday Nov. 8

WE NEED ROWERS TO SIGN UP TO WORK AT THE CAR WASH!!!

Coach Boris and the fundraising committee need your help to raise funds for new equipment by volunteering a few hours on Sunday Nov 8th to wash cars at RHS.

Participation by all current (fall) rowers is highly encouraged! Sign up for one or maybe two time slots, dress up in your favorite crew gear & spread the word to family and friends to come have their car washed.

RHS Car wash Covid protocol requires all volunteers to:

  • Wear a masks at all times.
  • Two rowers per car washing station.
  • Temperature checks upon arrival.
  • Maintain a physical distance of 6 ft at all times.

Together we will make this fundraising event a success!

Ridgewood Crew Pre-Winter Practice

Pre-Winter Training (Nov./Dec.) will begin on November 9 (through Dec 23). Training will consist of erging and strength and conditioning. All training will be conducted at the Old Paramus Reformed Church; 660 E Glen Ave; Ridgewood, NJ. To sign up use the registration link. Note that masks are required when not exercising; athletes are not required to wear a mask during exercising. Maintaining a 6-foot safety distance is required and all machines will be cleaned before and after use. The RC Indoor training Safety Protocol is attached for your reference and is also on our website.
