Hello and welcome to our Spring newsletter
One of the key topics covered is the tenant fee ban with information from the AIIC (Association of Independent Inventory Clerks) and government legislation. We have also included links and reminders on gas and electricity legislation changes. Finally we have also provided some interesting information on the London East-West divide.
Feel free to pass this newsletter on to your clients that may find the information useful.

- Without professional inventory reporting the deposit will go in favour of tenant/s
- Impartial independent inventory reporting may become mandatory in future
