Tenant Fee Ban
Tenant fee ban to come into effect from 1st June 2019. Landlords and agents will not be allowed to charge tenants for a variety of services. Below are links to the changes and legislation.

- Without professional inventory reporting the deposit will go in favour of tenant/s
- Impartial independent inventory reporting may become mandatory in future
- Agents must be professional and still use independent reporting at entrance as well as exit
- Incorporating inventory professional services shows an agent as professionals in the letting market place
