Ridgewood Crew Fees

This is a reminder that the second installment of our spring rowing fees is due on Feb 15. Please mail or drop off a check for $900 (made out to Ridgewood Crew) to Jeff Johnson; 325 Martin Pl; Ridgewood or Ann Hida; 373 Shelbourne Ter; Ridgewood. Crew Banquet will be Wednesday May 29, 6-9pm ​at The Brick House.  More information to follow.

Volunteers needed to host pre-regatta pasta parties for the rowers.

We need a host home for each of the three pasta parties.  Please sign up on Instateam if you can host one of the following days: March 30, April 6 and April 13.  Food, drinks and paper products will be provided by other volunteers....you provide the venue.

Sign-ups for the food-tent teams are up on Instateam.

We require 7 volunteers to signup per each regatta. One member per family can sign up (even if you both plan to help)

Full participation is expected and once signups are closed you are responsible for finding your own replacement should you need to reschedule. 

Please log-in to Instateam to sign up --> select a regatta --->  select the icon "signup".

A training session will be scheduled soon and attached are basic responsibilities for the tent team.

Dear Rowers,

Welcome to the Ridgewood Crew team family!  We are looking forward to an amazing 2019 season.

Please find below a copy of the letters and forms you will need to fundraise for the Row-A-Thon on March 23rd.  This is our biggest and most important fundraiser so it is vital for all rowers to be proactive in their fundraising efforts. Please do not wait until the last minute to begin fundraising; take advantage of the upcoming Sundays that you will be free from practice. (Feb. 3, Feb. 10, Feb. 24 & March 3rd.) and remember the deadlines: 

* For Corporate Sponsor Logos and Artwork, the deadline is March 15th. Please submit Logos/Artwork in pdf format to: ridgewoodcrewfundraising@gmail.com

* For Individual & Corporate Monies, submit before or by the day of the event, March 23rd.  All checks should be payable to: Ridgewood Crew and delivered to Mrs. Carmona at 898 Hillcrest Rd., Ridgewood NJ 07450.  

If you decide to walk around your neighborhood, please read the Recommendation for the Rowers letter first.
